Hi Sophie,
I am totally with you on the cons about Tacky. But he is just being him and I am not even certain that he realizes he is not following the rules.
He reminds me that maybe I should not take everything quite so seriously. He has a whole different view of the world and he makes me happy – even though I’d be nervous around him.
